Clara Matute is singing in her first opera and is delighted to have a named role as well as singing in the chorus. She is a student in Year 12 at the Durham Cathedral Schools Foundation where she started to enjoy singing opera which she feels has improved her voice. She hopes to sing in Bath Abbey’s Chamber choir one day and become an operatic Prima Donna too!
