Opera Nova's exciting new semi-staged production for 2022, features themed extracts from Samson and Delilah (Saint-Saëns), Sweeney Todd (Sondheim), Faust (Gounod) and Don Giovanni (Mozart). All marvellous music!

Opera Nova welcomes new voices


If you love to sing but have no experience of opera, that's not a problem. We are a group of people who love to sing and perform opera. We are friendly and helpful. We are learning all the time and will give you all the support you need to learn. Opera Nova is looking for new members.

Opera Nova is an amateur company that promotes and stages opera. We aim to provide professional quality entertainment accessible to a wide audience and to develop the talents of local singers of all ages.

Rehearsals are normally held Tuesday evenings at Holy Trinity with Saint Mark Church, Stockton-on-Tees - see map.
